100% Lagrein
This Lagrein Rosé was grown in St. Peter, on the outskirts of Bolzano. The vineyard is situated on a glacial debris cone at 350 meters above sea level, with southwestern exposure. The high mineral content of the soil gives the wine its distinctive character and refreshing brightness. The vines average 30 years of age, and the yield is about 7,500 kg/ha. Immediately after harvest, the grapes were gently pressed, as in white wine vinification, to preserve the pale color. The wine matured in stainless steel tanks.
