100% Sauvignon Blanc
Fresh and fruity
This Sauvignon grows in Missian in the municipality of Appiano. Loamy and calcareous soils provide the vines with ample minerals. A low yield of 5,000 kg grapes/ha and three different harvest dates are the secret to its complexity. One third was fermented and aged in large wooden casks, giving the wine fullness, complexity and longevity. The rest matured in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness, fragrance and pleasant acidity.

100% Gewürztraminer
Golden-yellow, aromatic pleasure wine
This wine is grown in Missian, in the municipality of Appiano. The loamy, calcareous soil supplies the vines with ample minerals. A low yield of 4,000 kg of grapes per hectare and two different harvest dates are the reason for its complexity. Two-thirds of the grapes were harvested at full ripeness. One third was picked a month later as a late harvest, with a very high must weight; this portion could not ferment completely, lending the wine its natural residual sugar, great body and density, and its complexity. A wine with great potential and good ageing ability.

A refined red wine from vines planted in 1930.
Mos Maiorum is Latin and translates freely as “in the custom of our forefathers”. This is how St. Magdalener was made a century ago. The grapes come from our oldest vineyard, which is over 90 years old. The original mixed field blend is still preserved there today. Some of the varieties have long since been forgotten. The vines thrive at 370 m above sea level on a steep and sparse, south-west-facing slope. The yield is about 5,000 kg/ha. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine matures in 500-litre wooden barrels for 20 months.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 8% Tempranillo, 9% Syrah
Characterful cuvée with great depth.
The Belleus is the result of a blend of 5 grape varieties grown in two different sites. In the early-ripening St. Peter site near Bolzano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot are cultivated, while in the slightly later-ripening Missian site in the municipality of Appiano, Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo are planted. The vines in both sites grow at around 350 m above sea level. Thanks to these two distinct locations, the ripening times are balanced, allowing grapes from all five varieties to be harvested and fermented together at the same time. The yield is approximately 5,000 kg/ha. The wine was aged in French barrique barrels for 40 months.

100% Gewürztraminer
A captivating sweet wine that invites you to meditate.
This wine grows in Missian in the municipality of Eppan. The loamy, limestone-rich soil supplies the vines with an abundance of minerals. The fully ripe grapes were harvested very gently. After a drying period of over four months, the berries shriveled into raisins, greatly concentrating all their components. Through a gentle and extended pressing process, a very sweet must with the consistency of honey is obtained. During the subsequent fermentation, which stretches over several months, only part of the sugar is fermented, so the wine retains its natural residual sweetness. A wine with great potential and excellent aging capacity.
